Τhe People & Culture Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, and contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organizational strategic thinking and direction
• Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
• Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations
• Managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching and counseling staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions
• Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances
• Supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
• Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values
• Leading recruitment efforts, conduct interviews and assessments, and make recommendations for hiring decisions
• Developing and implementing employee training programs, and provide support for performance management and career development
• Managing the bonus scheme and other compensation and benefits programs, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate for the People & Culture Manager position should have:

• Proven experience and solid background in HR
• BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; MSc in Human Resources will be a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Detail oriented and problem solving personality

• Experienced at managing complex projects, in an agile environment, using different project planning tools.
• Love working with people from around the world and know how to excite them.
• Love collaborating and sharing ideas
• communicate clearly and concisely. Having great skills at getting and giving respectful and valuable feedback.
• Love to measure, monitor, and analyse the impacts and risks of any solutions that you develop and deliver to the business, including any dependencies on other projects or solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years prior experience in mid or senior level role
• Experience building
