The O&M Manager is responsible to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) plans for photovoltaic systems, including preventative maintenance schedules and procedures
• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians and contractors involved in the maintenance and repair of solar assets
• Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and equipment necessary for O&M activities, ensuring timely availability and cost- effectiveness
• Monitor and analyse system performance data, including energy production, efficiency, and uptime, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare reports and documentation related to O&M activities, including maintenance logs, performance reports, and budget forecasts
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards in all O&M activities
• Coordinating and contacting system owners regarding any information, faults, activities schedule

The O&M Managershould have:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Good knowledge of English language

• • Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• • Excellent problem-solving abilities
• • Attention to detail, with a focus on optimizing system performance and reliability
• • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software used for monitoring and diagnosing PV system performance
• • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards governing solar O&M activities
• • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners and system owners
• •Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
