    As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • maintaining and updating files and databases
    • screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal
    • organizing and scheduling appointments, events, and travel arrangements
    • providing team guidance and reviewing task assignments
    • managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
    • verification and tracking of all project deadlines
    • setting up meeting and conference rooms
    • coordinating with outside vendors on supplies and maintenance issues

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate for this Office Manager position should have:

    • university/college degree
    • excellent command verbal and written in the English language
    • outstanding knowledge of Ms Office

    • at least 2 years previous experience in an admin role
