As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- maintaining and updating files and databases
- screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal
- organizing and scheduling appointments, events and travels
- providing team guidance and work review of tasks
- managing workflow by ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- verification & tracking of all project deadlines
- setting up meeting & conference rooms
- coordination with outside vendors on supplies & maintenance issues
- budgeting
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for this Office Manager position should have:
- university/college degree
- excellent command verbal and written in the Englishlanguage (working language)
- outstanding knowledge of Ms Office
- at least 5 years of continuous work experience for the same company/business owner
