As an Office Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- warmly greeting clients and visitors and efficiently directing them to the appropriate colleagues
- managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- professionally handling phone calls and promptly relaying messages
- coordinating and organizing meetings
- ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies
- serving as the main point of contact for building-related issues, including repairs and access card matters
- acting as the liaison between the office and the finance department, managing any financial inquiries or documentation
- assisting the team with ad hoc duties as required

The requirements for the Office Assistant role are:
- bachelor's degree
- excellent MS Office skills
