    Are you a fluent Norwegian speaker with good knowledge of English? Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?

      What are the daily tasks of a Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home?

      • Act as the first point of contact for all the Norwegian speaking clients
      • Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats 
      • Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
      • Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues

      The qualifications needed for this Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home role are:  

      • An excellent level in Norwegian
      • A good level in English
      • PC literacy

      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Client centric mindset
