As a Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute 360 marketing plans across various channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies
• Maintain close relationships with the brand’s wholesale accounts
• Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives
• Oversee the brand’s annual marketing budget 
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

In order for your profile to match this Marketing Manager you need to have the following:

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field 
• Experience in agency/ Digital Marketing team, especially in a luxury fashion brand
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing tools is a must
• Experience in developing, implementing and optimizing ATL/BTL and digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Excellent command of Greek & English language
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Ms Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proactive and results-driven approach
• Being enthusiastic & flexible
• Ability to work under pressure

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
