The responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager position include:
- Lead the Maintenance Team and build a high performing group by providing guidance and objectives
- Plan and resolve installation and repair activities in a proactive and timely manner identifying realistic and cost effective solutions
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities including analysing equipment needs, defining and implementing corrective actions, develop preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Monitor the execution of daily tasks of the Maintenance Team
- Monitor and improve the efficient usage of spare parts
- Perform quality control on the completion of Maintenance Tasks
- Apply safe working practices for all the team
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Manager position should have:
- Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineer Degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Autocad – ERP (preferably Soft1 or SAP-PM CMMS)
- English language skills (written and spoken), good knowledge of German and French is considered as an asset
