The responsibilities of the Logistics Supervisor position are:

• Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehouse, transport and customer service operations
• Management, optimization and coordination of the entire order cycle
• Monitoring of quality, quantity, stocks, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Managing the warehouse, inventory, planning routes and handling shipments
• Solving problems or complaints that arise
• Supervision, mentoring and training of the workforce
• Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy and schedule targets
• Keeping parameters and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Compliance with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

The suitable candidate for the Logistics Supervisor position must have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Excellent command of ERP systems and MS office
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language

• Staff management and administration skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position (experience in a medical device company
