As a Legal secretary some of your main tasks will include:
- managing calendar and agendas
- arranging meetings/conferences/conference calls
- making travel arrangements
- maintaining complete and orderly files
- ensuring that all electronic filing and paper-based filing is up to date and maintained at regular intervals
- producing and amending documents with speed and accuracy
- proactively working to ensure relevant documentation is produced to meet expectations and deadlines
- ensuring record and privacy requirements are followed
- evaluating and archiving requests
- legal research and writing
προσόντα
The ideal Legal secretary will have the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English and Greek (writing, reading and speaking) is a must
- Fast typing skills; using a touch-typing system is a plus
- Experience in law firms, legal departments or the banking sector will be a plus
- High level of proficient in MS Office Applications (mostly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
