κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Legal associate you will be responsible for:
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing various contracts of a wide range of commercial law subject matters especially relating to e-money and payments services
- Preparing and reviewing of legal and corporate documentation (including decisions of the companies’ constitutional bodies etc)
- Liaising with external lawyers to ensure our legal department’s workflow runs smoothly;
- Collaborating in team-oriented environment, develop innovative approaches to solving regulatory challenges
- Supporting the project’s legal management (monitor progress of the projects, coordinate between client, counter-party and other advisors, provide guidance on project implementation).
προσόντα
The requirements for the legal associate role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in law and an LL.M with a specialization in commercial law areas (preferably in Banking, Finance & Corporate Law)
- Demonstrable experience in commercial law, company law and banking, especially in regulatory & corporate governance related issues
- Previous experience in Data Protection Law will be considered a strong asset;
- Experience in dealing with complex legal & regulatory compliance issues with significant financial impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
