As a L2 Security Analyst, your duties will be the following:

• Monitor and analyze security incidents in real time
• Logging and detailing security events and possible remedial actions
• Investigation of new threats and creation of mechanism / procedures to identify and deal with them (SiEM Rules, proposals to improve the quality of logs)
• Work with level 1 analysts to investigate security incidents
• Authoring, checking and quality assurance of report deliverables within predefined SLAs
• Communicating with customers about security incidents
• Manage and track customer issues and requests
• Participation in the development and evolution of technologies / processes
• Configuration of SIEM software (parsing of new sources, introduction of rules, etc.)
• Participate / Conduct Vulnerability Assessment

As a L2 Security Analyst, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Analyst
• Very good knowledge and experience in SIEM products
• Experience in threat hunting
• Good knowledge of network protocols and encryption
• Knowledge of python/script language/regex
• Understanding of technical attack methods on applications, systems and networks
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English (written and spoken)

It would be an advantage if you have the following skills:

• Certifications in the field of Cybersecurity
• Master's in Information Systems Security
• Knowledge of IDS/IPS systems
• Knowledge of SOAR software
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Good knowledge of networks
• Knowledge of conducting Vulnerability Assessment or Penetration Testing
