As a Junior PA some of your daily tasks may include:
- calendar management
- travel and accommodation arrangements
- event planning
- screening and handling all communications
- producing reports and presentations for meetings
- joining meetings in order to take minutes
- performing administrative tasks (e.g. maintaining a filing system and a contact database)
- occasionally participating in business travels to provide general assistance
- working collaboratively with other PA's in order to reach common goals
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for this Junior PA role should have:
- university/college degree
- excellent command verbal and written in the Englishlanguage
- outstanding knowledge of Ms Office
