As a Junior ERP Consultant, you will take over the main ERP activities. More specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Support Entersoft ERP environment (maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, ad hoc projects etc)
• Work closely with external providers of software platforms and manage the development, maintenance and administration of the platforms
• Analyze and report product malfunctions
• Communicate with clients in order to provide solutions design
• Run reports to serve business needs
• Provide training and support to the internal end users

As a Junior ERP Consultant, you need to have the following skills: 

• Bachelor in Computer Science or other IT related field
• 1+ years of work experience on ERP software or in IT Support field
• Excellent knowledge of any ERP software such as Pylon, Softone etc (Knowledge of Entersoft ERP would be a plus)
• Familiarity with any reporting tools and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Completed military obligations, if applicable
