κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Junior Business Analyst your tasks will include:
- Configuration, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting business analytics systems
- Troubleshooting of data flow related organizational tools issues and software issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaboration with management team & business partners to understand requirements for data use, data analysis, and data quality
- Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet the requirements of the business owners
- Support project teams to develop and view advanced reporting tools in their effort to adopt and execute on data management processes
- Training key users to view and chance basic and complex reports
- Alignment with group technology department with regards to existing and new software programs
- Work closely with business owners and users to identify quality metrics and thresholds
προσόντα
The ideal Junior Business Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar
- Practical experience with a variety of software applications (Qlikview BI, SQL, SAP, SalesForce & EDI)
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills
- Time management ability
- Analytical thinking
