As an IT Presales Engineer, you will drive software solutions by working closely with the sales team and engaging with existing and potential customers. More specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Identify existing and potential customers regarding their business technology needs
• Build new customer relations and maintain the existing ones
• Brief customers about new product launches and ranges
• Present the technical features of products to customers
• Address customer queries and advise them on technological upgrades
• Plan and draft customer proposals
• Prepare and verify the details in tender documents
• Generate sales receipts and maintain documentation
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders
• Participate in product trainings and conferences
• Take note of the sales target and achieve it

As an IT Presales Engineer you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in presales or technical sales
• Proven experience in software development, including coding, testing, and debugging 
• Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in Attica and industry events, when needed
• Degree in IT or related field
• Fluency in English
• Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable

• Problem solving abilities, by adopting a creative way of thinking
• Cooperating well and coordinating effectively across levels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting
