As an Insights Analyst in this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Deliver insights data and analysis to meet stakeholders' insight requirements in accordance with best practice standards and processes
• Work closely with the Cluster Insight Manager to synthesize complex data sets into impactful, actionable reports for internal stakeholders
• Prepare business cases and projects (launches, activities) and communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders and peers
• Collect and prioritize insight needs with focus on HT category’s performance (progress vs plan, drivers of deviation vs plan), provide respective recommendations and identify gaps or inefficacies
• Monitor performance and facilitate category forecasting process
• Coordinate insights effort on projects with cross-functional teams
• Monitor market, prepare respective tactical pricing and tax scenarios using in-house analytics tools and a wide range of business data
• Co-drive reporting optimization infrastructure by utilizing reporting tools
• Monitor domestic and travel retail performance, measure the effectiveness of promotional activities and develop coherent recommendations

In order for your profile to match this Insights Analyst position you need to have the following: 

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics (or any relevant field)
• 1-3 years experience of relevant work experience preferably in delivering insights in FMCG industry
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in computer skills (excel, powerpoint, power user)
• Commercial acumen partnered with analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders of differing levels across the business
• Experience in Power BI tools will be considered as an additional asset
