As HR Operations Specialist, your tasks will be based on the below fields:
- Full recruitment cycle from job posting and interviewing to job offer
- Talent Acquisition
- Internal Communication (Intranet, Group Facebook account etc.)
- Coordination of events and initiatives for Employee Engagement
- Facilities Management
- Handling the enhancement of company’s Employer Branding
- Participating in company's strategy formulation and implementation of respective actions
- Keep ownership of the wellness and wellbeing agenda for the employees of the company and implementing relevant actions/events
- Reporting/OPEX budget/Applicant Tracking System
- Administrative support to all operations of HR department
προσόντα
To the successful HR Operations Specialist, the company will provide:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR or similar field
- Master’s degree in HR or similar field will be considered as an asset
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applications or systems (SAP, HFM)
- Fluency in English
