The responsibilities of the HR Manager position include:
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters
- Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans
- Translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
- Designing and delivering high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Understanding and anticipating the need for change
- Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position should have:
- Proven experience in HR roles (HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner)
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; MSc in Human Resources will be a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Detail oriented and problem solving personality
