The key responsibilities of this HR Generalist position include:
- Overseeing payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Managing personnel files
- Collecting and managing payroll-related information and changes
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Managing the hiring and termination processes
- Staying current with and ensuring compliance with changes in labor legislation
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Assisting with employee engagement and retention efforts
προσόντα
To excel in this HR Generalist position, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A university/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
