  • κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    Your responsibilities as a Hebrew Order Management & Invoicing Officer are the following:

    • Sales order processing in an accurate and timely manner
    • Set up and document the order process for new customers
    • Responsible for controlling and coordinating the execution of order management procedures, required for checking stock availability and scheduling of dispatch to customers
    • Collaborates with sales reps, customers, finance and supply chain to ensure high standards of service levels are met
    • Handles and resolves customer complaints
    • Responsible for the timely issuance of credit notes related to returns or other customer activities/claims
    • Prepare & Maintain metrics, reports & process documentation
    • Prepare, issue & send all related invoices to the customers
    • Handles & resolves all issues regarding the invoicing process
    • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and regulations

    In order for your profile to match this Hebrew Order Management & Invoicing Officerrole, you need to have the following qualifications: 

    • Native speaker of the Hebrew language
    • Fluency in English
    • PC literacy
