κύριες αρμοδιότητες
You responsibilities as an HSE Engineer are to:
- Develop health and safety strategies according to legal and group requirements
- Draft risk assessments and implement safety plans
- Communicate with the technical staff to provide H&S guidelines
- Establish health and safety culture through daily support and dedicated programs
- Monitor compliance to best practices through office and site visits or audits
- Manage site regulatory H&S controls
- Maintain the dashboard and different H&S KPIs
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
- Support employees on possible unsafe conditions’ resolution
- Design, develop and implement safety training and awareness programs
- Maintain the H&S part of the QHSE Integrated Management System (incl. ISO45001)
προσόντα
In order to be the perfect match for the HSE Engineer position you will have to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Knowledge of Quality and Environment scope will be considered as a plus
