As a general manager, you will:

• Plan and execute operations strategy aligned to the corporate vision, values and objectives.
• Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are being observed and properly executed.
• Lead the business with full P&L, business planning and budgetary responsibility for all operations, ensuring optimum performance, and that financial, commercial and perational excellence is achieved.

• Must be performance driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and/or exceed operational and performance targets.
• Demonstrates a results-based leadership style with strong impact and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.
• Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment. Must be a strong and decisive leader. It is critical to demonstrate the ability to guide and develop a strong management team.
• Team player, empathic communicator, well presented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and performance.
• Must have requisite skills to understand financial performance, be able to set organization’s goals and develop and implement plans to improve underperforming operations.
• Strong analytical skills and process focused. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
• required; M.B.A. required.
• Experience at least 5 years in a leadership role at a dynamic organization.
• Experience in Pharma industry and/or Logistics is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
