As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Set up & develop systems, procedures and controls to ensure the efficient and effective management of the Company’s finances
• To produce monthly management information pack, weekly cash flow forecasts and P&L forecasts
• Responsible for ensuring management information is accurate and delivered on time
• Production and development of the Company's Business Plan and budgets
• To identify and evaluate areas for improvement of profit with particular regard to margins, cost reductions and operating efficiencies
• To manage and develop the finance team and lead through experience and mentoring

As the ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position, you need to have the following skills:

• Reputable University Degree in a relevant subject – Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business etc and/or Internationally recognized Accounting Qualification – ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc
• A self-starter who demonstrates ownership of the tasks and objectives of the department
• Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interpret data to give the overall picture whilst checking for accuracy.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage expectations and work to tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership and delegation skills.
• Fast learner, able to apply skill set to new scenarios.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with staff at all levels.
• Ability to clearly explain financial information to both financial and non-financial populations.
• Excellent team player.
• A clear risk focus with previous experience of implementing and reviewing internal controls.

• Proven experience in a senior finance position.
