The responsibilities of the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager position include:

• Supervise contractors and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning.
• Ensure that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
• Manage maintenance of the building
• Ensure that facilities meet legal requirements, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
• Define the Health Safety Environment (HSE) policy of the site (personnel, materials, working conditions, respect for the environment) and contribute to its implementation
• Animate and enforce the safety and environment policy and the HSE management systems within its scope in accordance with regulations and group directives
• Facilitate risk assessment, update and analyze HSE indicators and propose associated action plans and investments. 
• Ensure compliance with regulations and HSE instructions by raising staff awareness and carrying out regular audits
• Interact with the management of the site and the Occupational Doctor and the Safety
• Car fleet, Mobile telephone, office maintenance, other suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Coordinating with the marketing teams and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

The ideal candidate for the Facilities and Health & Safety Managerposition should have:

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in administration management role
• Current knowledge of EHS legislation
• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field  
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Expert User of MS Office standard applications
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.

• Hands-on experience with Office software
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotiation skills
