As an Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO,some of your daily task will include:
- calendar management
- screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence
- producing reports and presentations for meetings and often taking minutes
- performing administrative and office support
- data management and filling
προσόντα
In order to be considered for this Executive Assistant role the requirements are:
- university/College Degree
- excellent command (verbal and written) of the Englishlanguage
- good knowledge of Ms Office

- analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- confidentiality and discretion
- ability to set priorities and take initiative
εμπειρία
- at least 5 years of experience in a similar, administrative role
