  • κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    As ERP BI Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the IT Director of the group. You will join a team of experienced and high skilled IT professionals, and your duties will be the following:

    • support and maintain applications systems, in order to support the business needs of the company.
    • ensure that the ERP systems  run smoothly (provision of ongoing maintenance) while resolve efficiently and on time any related problem; monitor and maintain ERP’s security
    • implement and support Group BI / MIS reporting 
    • provide training and support to internal users
    • participate in projects of designing, testing and implementing new ERP system and applications
    • gather requirements and collaborate with externals developers team
    • provide reporting that can help the company increase profits and efficiency
    • make suggestions on how to improve efficiencies

  • προσόντα

    In order for your profile to match the ERP Support Specialist position, you need to have the following skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in ERP Support (Nav or Dynamics)
    • previous experience in BI reporting
    • experience in SQL development
    • degree in IT
    • strong knowledge of standard IT concepts, practices and procedures
    • fluency in english
    • military obligations completed (if applicable)
