Your Key Responsibilities:

• use various proactive recruiting strategies to source hospitality & tourism talents
• conduct volume phone screening with the candidates that result from your sourcing activities or candidates' applications
• generate interest in hotels' vacancies & evaluate candidates’ motivation at a primary stage
• investigate new sourcing channels creating job postings for them
• enrich talent pipelines for our current & future recruitment needs
• maintain & update candidate information on our database 
• execute necessary activities to support the growth of the specialty 

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in our Hospitality & Tourism team, the minimal criteria to be a suitable candidate to join Randstad:

• Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
• Digital literacy

Previous Travel & Tourism or Recruitment experience would be a plus.
