You will be supporting our accomplished team of Talent Acquisition specialists in our multilingual unit.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will source and identify qualified candidates with fluency in any of the Norwegian / Swedish / Finnish / Danish languages, specifically for positions related to the Greek job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language level
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and recruitment best practices.

Key requirements:

• Native  Norwegian / Swedish / Finnish / Danish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both mother tongue and English.
• PC literacy
• Digital acumen
• Knowledge of Greek would be a plus but not at all mandatory

• Good understanding of the Greek job market and familiarity with its cultural nuances
• Good understanding of the BPO industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.

Demonstrated experience in recruitment preferably in a multilingual or international environment

• Masters
• University degree
