As a Digital & ecommerce specialist, your tasks will include:

• Assist in the design & development and lead the implementation of overall digital strategy for Danone brands, both towards consumers, but also health-care professionals
• Execute, evaluate & co-lead the optimization of all digital marketing campaigns: mobile, video, display, native advertising, SEM, SEO planning & optimization, hypertargeting, etc
• Work closely with both brand teams and media agency, to ensure that campaign ideas, strategies and objectives are converted into tangible tasks
• Co-plan, and implement total digital Connections/Media Plan per brand
• Ensure objective setting, tracking & analyzing
• Implement overall SoMe strategy for Danone brands
• Manage all the company's social media accounts
• Support the design, handling & optimization of brands’ & Danone corporate web sites
• Play a pivotal role in the launch & further development of D2C e-commerce
• Co-plan and implement initiatives to drive sales growth
• Measure, report and evaluate SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Data, E-commerce results (ROI), websites’ traffic, etc, according to each brand’s KPIs

The ideal candidate for the Digital & ecommerce specialist position should have the following:

• University degree in Marketing or other related field & MBA or comparable
• Experience in social media platforms, display advertising, SEM – SEO, performance campaigns, web analytics & reporting tools, etc
• Experience in e-commerce & D2C will be considered an asset

• Curious & up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Tech-savvy
• Broad knowledge and understanding of media channels & campaign evaluation metrics
• Drive for results, high level of initiative & autonomy
• Strong project management, communication & presentation skills
• Commercial acumen, data-driven thinking, analytical & synthetical skills
• Problem solving capabilities & agility
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize

• 1-3 years experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing position
