The Demand Planner is responsible to:

• Lead the S&OP cycle, preparing presentations and facilitating Demand Review and Executive S&OP meetings with senior management
• Utilize sales insights, statistical analysis, and market trends to accurately forecast demand at SKU and customer group levels
• Work closely with Revenue Growth, regional directors, and sales teams to integrate value into forecasts and gather market insights
• Provide guidance on inventory strategies, including new products, phase-outs, and limited editions
• Track and achieve forecast accuracy and BIAS targets

The Demand Planner should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, Economics, or relevant field. Master in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar sector will be considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Work with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to align forecast
