What will your daily responsibilities will be as a Data Analyst?

• Leverage data collection systems, export data from distribution agency’s platform, save them under specific format in server.
• Edit and update company’s distribution/sales records in general shared file.
• Prepare merchandising forms and decide on merchandisers’ visits. Collect sales data of visits, edit data, make accurate estimations on sales of running launches
• Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
• Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators
• Building forecasting curves and models for estimating sales
• Analyze data from other departments (e.g., production) and make propositions for optimizing the costs.
• Work close with marketing department for analyzing KPIs affecting launches performance.
• Collect data from competition, gain a good knowledge of the market, understand its strategies.

What do you need to have as a Data Analyst?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business management, or economics
• Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
• Ability to write reports
• Ability to present findings in a polished way
• Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using mainly Excel, optional Power BI, R)
