The responsibilities for this Danish Customer Service Agent - Work from Home role are the following:

• Provide a high level of customer service to Danish clients at all times
• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through telephone, email and/or online chat
• Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
