As a Customer Service Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
- team management including performance monitoring, appraisals and objective setting
- coaching and developing the team with regards to job requirements and customer service skills
- provide timely and empathetic support, handle problems by working cross-functionally to find prompt solutions
- provide real-time monitoring of agents and assignment of transfers
- identify and report on new trends based on customer feedback
- prevent or minimize potential fraud losses by following set processes and using the available tools
- work on high-level projects in tandem with the Head of Support to a better overall experience for Customers and employees
προσόντα
If you want to apply for the Customer Service Supervisor position you should have:
- bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field
- ability to empower employees to maximize utilization of resources
- excellent communication, interpersonal and creative thinker skills
- excellent English written and verbal communication
- proficient with MS Word, and Excel
εμπειρία
- at least 1 year of customer service experience in a supervisory position
