    As a customer service specialist you will need to:

    • provide a high level of b2b customer service to Greek and English speaking clients
    • resolve issues through various support channels
    • offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
    • understand, plan for and promote client’s services to the assigned customer base
    • interrogate customer data to determine and optimize revenue opportunities and evolve service levels
    • partner field-based Sales Managers to provide coherent and consistent service levels
    • own and manage the customer’s needs ensuring quotations, billing, product-related queries and out-of-hours service calls are executed effectively
    • engage internal/external stakeholders as required to diagnose and resolve customer queries within timelines determined with respect to company’s SLAs
    • manage customer indexes ensuring they are both comprehensive and reflect the requirements of the customer
    • prepare and submit monthly customer renewals in a timely manner to ensure renewal and retention of subscriptions and services
    • comply with all Company policies and procedures including antitrust, sensitive trading, anti-bribery and corruption
    • participate in personal development initiatives as determined by the company

    To be the customer service specialist our client is looking for, you have to possess the following skills: 

    • excellent level in english language
    • experience or studies in maritime sector
    • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • client centric mindset
