The Customer Service Officer is responsible to:

• Receive and process customer's orders
• Follow up customers inquiries 
• Performworkflow for deliveries procedure in SAP system
• Maintain efficient downstream operations of the Customer service activities
• Check  the stocks on a daily basis and handle the replenishment in order to ensure product availability with validation of management 
• Ensure and maintain all customers invoicing is completed
• Follow up and ensure prompt payment collection
• Contribute to the team by accomplishing good results 
• Manage complaints and when it is necessary to communicate them with the manager
• Provide feedback to the manager regarding worldwide deliveries and network services
• Follow the local legislations along with the group ethic rules and safety

The Customer Service Officer should have:

• Degree in relevant field
• Very good command of the Greek and English language
• Very good use of MS office
• Knowledge of SAP

• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Multitasking
• Resistance to stress
• Team spirit

• 1-3 years experience in customer service 
• Experience in the shipping industry,

• University degree
