As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for: 

• providing exceptional b2b customer service
• managing customer orders and order portfolio in order to guarantee perfect execution of the activity
• managing the customer claims, returns, credit notes, invoicing, as well as order prioritization as required (low stock situation, urgencies)
• placing orders into SAP and submitting the sales order file to the 3PL provider for execution
• keeping logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc
• following up with the 3PL provider for the on time and in full delivery of the orders

If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Customer Service Officer you should confirm that you fulfill the following requirements: 

• university degree, ideally in supply chain management
• proficient english speaker
• superior attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
• strong planning and organizational skills
• team player with positive attitude

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience within a b2b customer service or supply chain posit
