  • κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    As a customer service coordinator you will need to:

    • provide a high level of b2b customer service to Greek and English speaking clients
    • resolve issues through various support channels
    • understand, plan for and promote client’s services to the assigned customer base
    • interrogate customer data to determine and optimize revenue opportunities and evolve service levels
    • partner field-based Sales Managers to provide coherent and consistent service levels
    • own and manage the customer’s needs ensuring quotations and billing
    • engage internal/external stakeholders as required to diagnose and resolve customer queries within timelines determined with respect to company’s SLAs
    • prepare and submit monthly customer renewals in a timely manner to ensure renewal and retention of subscriptions and services
    • participate in personal development initiatives as determined by the company

  • προσόντα

    To be the customer service coordinator our client is looking for, you have to possess the following skills: 

    • bachelor degree 
    • excellent level in english language
    • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • client centric mindset

  • εμπειρία

    • 1-3 years of working experience in the maritime sector
