The Contract Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the entire contract life cycle for various projects.
• Understand the contract structure and commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with company and project procedures.
• Compile tender packs and organize tender meetings.
• Negotiate approvals and manage execution processes.
• Make sure subcontractor obligations are met.
• Prepare reports on contract status and maintain accurate records.
• Issue contractual notices and manage variations and extensions of time.
• Develop and improve checklists, registers, and templates.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, participate in project meetings, manage SharePoint folders, and file relevant communications and documentation.

The suitable candidate for the Contract Administrator position will possess the following skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in contract administration, procurement, and tendering within renewables, civil/mechanical/electrical, or construction industries.
• Legal knowledge and qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of local Laws and regulations.
• Proactive administration of contracts for early identification of issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Office 365 suite and SharePoint).
• Fluent in English (business proficiency).
