The Continuous Improvements & Data Manager role entails the following responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating and supporting the CI Team to drive and deliver continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
• Drives process efficiency, quality and cost reduction through joint accountability & collaboration with the business on operational drivers of process performance
• Overseeing the documentation of operational procedures for standardization and automation.
• Focuses on clear defined SPAs, relevant metrics, escalation, transparency and clear accountability.
• Analyzing operational procedures related alternatives and recommending solutions to meet users’ needs.
• Provides clear direction, brings people aboard the vision and translates the business plan in specific deliverables
• Use effectively available company systems and resources to improve communication and influencing skills to support successful project delivery
• Ensure the rotation of the respective team members through various tasks and focus on continuous developing & learning.
• Empowers people to drive projects and initiatives.
• Effectively uses company's and market's resources for the people development.
• Build trustful and confident relationships with manager, peers, and project team members with the purpose of creating synergies and getting results more quickly during project implementation

In order for your profile to match the d Continuous Improvements & Data Manager position, you need to have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Business, or Data Science
• 8+ years’ experience in a finance function or in a Shared Services Organisation
• 3-4 years experience of managing projects or in a Finance Transformation Role in a Big 4 company
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel and preferably one other data visualization or analysis tool
• Finance ERP Knowledge and experience, preferably in Workday or NAV
• Experience of working with PTP and RTR processes
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology is a plus

• Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring a high level of engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey findings
• to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated motivational and coaching skills
• Highly proactive and seeks continuous improvement in self and others

7 + years of experience in finance transformation processes within ssc or big 4 environment
