The responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Leader are the following:

• Using his/her technical knowledge and skills, will drive specific transformations in the Plant’s manufacturing functions with the aim to transfer capabilities from Operational Excellence Processes, Systems & Tools to the Plant’s teams.
• Collaborates closely with all Plant organization, trains and coaches teams to build knowledge through the deployment of specific initiatives.
• Spend most of his/her time in Plant’s sites to train, coach and develop teams, both leadership and shop floor personnel, deploying Manufacturing Excellence processes and focus on developing and building employees' capabilities through everyday interaction on the shop floor.
• Perform analysis of production/maintenance/quality data and create end to end loss trees, in order to understand current state and identify main losses and areas of improvement linked to performance management. 
• Capture and disseminate Current Best Practices worthy of reapplication, diagnose activities and identify technical know-how and organization behaviors that are barriers or enablers to continuous improvement.
• Be continuously developed through structured trainings, provided by external & internal business partners, as well as hands on experience gained during the program’s implementation. 

The ideal candidate for the Continuous Improvement Leader position should have:

• A bachelor and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management/Industrial Management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP modules
• Knowledge and working experience of Lean methodologies and tools (Lean Manufacturing, six sigma, TPM)

• Strong ability to teach, coach, and develop others and provide constructive feedback to all levels
• Effective communication, with ability to adjust to different audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Advanced presentation skills & business writing both in Greek and English
• Availability to travel

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing Operations
