As a Communications Specialist your responsibilities will be the following:

• Support the development and drive the implementation of the external and internal corporate communication plan in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities
• Manages the relations with the media in partnership with the Government Affairs and Market Access Director
• Manages the relation and ensures efficient partnership with the company's media agencies
• Partners with the commercial and medical teams to ensure alignment between the corporate and product/disease communication plans
• Generates robust corporate value narratives and propositions in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities
• Interacts closely with the regional internal and external communication team to establish well-informed communication strategies
• Monitors the pharmaceutical developments and involves in communications meetings driven by the industry association

The ideal candidate for the position of Communications Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• MSc degree in Communications / Political Science
• Proven record in pharmaceutical sector is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English & Greek
• Excellent understanding of the Greek pharmaceutical market and communication regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work individually and operate cross-functionally and work well within a matrix environment, balance priorities, and handle multiple tasks through good project management and organizational skills

• At least 3-year management experience in corporate communication function
