As a Commercial Planning and KA Associate you will be responsible for:

• Participate and contribute to annual trade activation planning, administer the customer royalty platform program, manage POSM and Visuals' smooth flow to agents and trade marketeers
• Cascade guidelines to field force, prepare and communicate follow up reports to them, ensure data accuracy and integrity, prepare and communicate payments and administer processes to ensure compliance to company's policies and procedures
• Act as SPoC to field force, ensuring accurate records of KA POS in company's CRM. Cascade, monitor and report KA activities carried by field force, administer processes and files related to KA activities in alignment with KA and Channel Manager
• Visit on a regular base KA's POS, work closely with KA and Channel Manager in building and enhancing relationships with existing and new Key Accounts
• Support the KA and Channel Manager for identifying needs and setting business objectives by account. Propose/ implement and monitor account's action plan. Set account's visit plan based on needs and priorities and regularly visit and meet them. Achieve distribution, volume, activation, visibility and profitability targets within allocated budget. Actively participate in the contracts' negotiation, documents creation and report on contractuals' obligations and accounts' performance
• Efficiently engage with related internal and external stakeholders (i.e. M&S, Finance, Legal) to ensure successful, on time and compliant to company's policies implementation of trade and key account planning

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Planning and KA Associate position will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree or equivalent, a Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
• Fluency in English and Greek, written and spoken
• Exposure in trade activation planning and implementation
• Expert user of CRM systems, Analytics tools, MS Office (especially Excel)

• Strong Business, Commercial and Financial Acumen
• Ability to build constructive relationships with all stakeholders
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Effective time management/prioritization
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
