As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will:

• Designing and implementing business operations in HR, Finance, Procurement and Sales
• Roll-out Reporting per function and to the CEO
• Monitor operations of the company
• Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
• Manage relationships with partners

As the ideal candidate for the Chief Operating Officer(COO), you need to have the following skills:

• BSc degree in Economics / Business or in any other related field
• 5+ years of relevant managerial experience in consulting industry or within technology industry will be a plus
• Proven experience as Project Manager in PMO, or relevant role for at least 5 years
• Understanding of business functions such as Finance, Sales and Project management for software deliverables and/or business consultancy projects
• Demonstrable competency in Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of software applications: ASANA, JIRA, Pipedrive will be a plus

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Self-drive in problem-solving and decision-making

5+ years of managerial experience/ PMO in consulting or technology industry
