    As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Accountable for achieving business development objectives set for Greece and Bulgaria
    • Long-cycle business development activities with customers to open new frontiers of business
    • New account relationship creation and establishment
    • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships
    • Early stage greenfield project development, ecosystem planning and tactical execution
    • Approved Vendor Listing processes
    • Execute with integrity competitive sales tactics to win business
    • Co-ordinate deal crafting and positioning; Lead or participate in contract negotiations

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager position will be expected to possess the following:

    • Bachelor Degree in Engineering 
    • Proficient oral and written command of the English language
    • Expertise in process automation solutions
    • Experience in business transformation solutions
    • Open to travel

    • Highly self-motivated, proactive, driven and ambitious
    • Strong contract negotiation and closing skills
