As a Brand Portfolio Coordinator this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Support the development of the Brand and Portfolio plan of the brands under competence (objectives, strategy, actions, means, budget, success kpis definition)
• Manage the brand planning communication in collaboration with different agencies
• Monitor the execution of the annual portfolio and brand communication plans
• Post evaluate (sales uplift, market share, penetration, return on investment) all different actions of the annual plans, so as to derive learnings & propose relevant actions moving forward
• Monitor and analyse the competition vs. the assigned portfolio performance and propose corrective or developmental actions
• Liaise with I&I for the analysis and interpretation of consumer market research data so as to transform them into recommendations & actions
• Liaise with E-Commerce Manager and Digital Activations and Social Media Coordinator to ensure Brand and Portfolio strategy and execution are aligned in online/e-CRM activities
• Understand the target consumer and the main insights of the market
• Ensure the monitoring and respect of the marketing A&P budget
• Brief, develop, execute, monitoring and evaluate the assigned brands’ communication plans
• Manage packaging changes in alignment with internal and Group stakeholders and procedures
• Drive the PID process for all planned portfolio projects and ensure timely and high quality delivery in the markets
• Ensure compliance of the below-the-line strategy to the Brand and Portfolio strategy

In order for your profile to match this Brand Portfolio Coordinator position you need to have the following: 

• Bachelor degree in Economics/ Marketing/Management
• Fluency in English
• Excellent Office skills
• Dynamic with excellent social skills
• Very strong organizational and project management skills & able to operate in a dynamic environment
• Communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
• High sense of responsibility, ready to take initiative, analytical mindset
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set for driving innovation
• Communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing. Digital activation would be a plus
