As a Brand Ambassador in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide feedback from the field via reporting pages
• Support, initiate and participate in the execution of successful events including but not limited to in store activations and press events
• Maintain and manage all training equipment and kits so that they are in pristine condition and represent the brand in the best way possible
• Maintain optimal stock levels in store and consistently communicate concerns to operations teams including photos and feedback for each visit
• Keep all visual merchandising up to date and gondolas maintained reporting any needs with urgency to retail operations and ND team
• Study and review training materials and education content, including social media produced by Natasha Denona as well as staying up to date on competitor brand social media outlets
• Responsible for developing creative, informative, and fun ways to deliver the training and educational material/information to enrich the quality of the trainings in store
• Initiate quarterly meetings with store management teams in order to gain feedback in ways to better build the business within their doors
• Foster positive energy and excitement in store, on calls, and in meetings to drive engagement and sales results
• Conduct make-up applications while in-store with clients to inspire and help generate client interest and stimulate cast excitement
• Assess and communicate the effectiveness of training initiatives by providing feedback to supervisor
• Keep track of your weekly, monthly and ytd sales actuals and trends to collaborate with direct supervisor on ways to ensure all sales goals are being met

The ideal candidate for the position of Brand Ambassador will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree or equivalent 
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
• Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially excel)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-oriented approach
