κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a backend engineer, you'll join a team of professionals, and you will be working with the backend development of products, being used from international clients in the maritime industry. More specifically, your duties will be following:
- develop parts of the infrastructure
- collaborate with teams for developing new products, features and support
- contribute with your insights to rearchitect existing systems
- experiment with new technologies
- test your code for quality and functionality
προσόντα
In order for your profile to match this backend engineer position, you need to have the following skills:
- 3+ years of working experience in software development with PHP
- prior experience in building REST APIs
- understanding of solid principles
- knowledge of relational database systems
- degree in IT or relevant field
- fluency in English
- completed military obligations, if applicable
The following will be considered an asset:
- knowledge of non-relational database systems (e.g. MongoDB, Redis)
- familiarity working with a cloud environment
- experience with docker
