    As the Asset Management Specialist in this company you will:

    • Prepare and coordinate monthly invoicing lists
    • Monitor and arrange rent & shared expenses collections
    • Review and modify shared expenses tables
    • Update tenancy schedules database
    • Update lease database
    • Prepare, update and modify reports of the retail assets, including income, sales, occupancy rate, productivity, operating costs, capital costs and other occasional requests.
    • Participate in the annual budget process
    • Take initiative to identify and develop process based improvements and innovations for excellence in service delivery

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate for the position of the Asset Management Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

    • Degree in finance

    • Excellent Excel Skills
    • SAP knowledge will be considered an asset
    • 3 years previous relevant experience

    • Communication skills both verbal and writing
    • Detail oriented
    • Highly organized
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

    • 2-3 years previous relevant experience
