As an Area Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Guidance and mobilization, control and coordination of the Sales Team and resolution of issues through daily visits with the Team to the customers
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a professional team climate (developing and retaining salespeople)
• Visits and support to key customers
• Control of the daily and monthly commercial results and targets of the Sales Team

• 5+ years experience as an area sales manager in pharma industry
• Excellent usage of IT technologies and MS Office – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
• Traveling required
